Inspiration
For years, we have been observing a specific pair of bald eagles along the length of the Potomac River Gorge. Bald eagles mate for life. This pair is clearly identifiable; the female has a dark tail feather. Their habits are fairly predictable so we are able to be in place to glimpse these eagles fish, land in a favorite tree, and feed.
